Produced in association with Rutenberg Design and with research assistance from Transport Canada, CommunicAid was an information access kiosk designed for disabled travelers in transportation terminals. CommunicAid was specifically designed to address the ergonomic requirements of the disabled traveler and provided information to all passengers about Arrivals/Departures, Terminal Services, Ground Transportation, and Hotels. Integrated into the Airport's public access network, CommunicAid provided up-to-the-minute service 24 hours/day, seven days a week.
