• Nortel Customer Satisfaction

This multimedia application was used to present information concerning Nortel's customer and employee satisfaction program. Developed as a stand alone kiosk, the application was typically located in lobbies, cafeterias, and trade shows. Information within the application was updated quarterly and included interviews with senior executives, corporate information, Nortel performance statistics, motivational segments, and employee awards.
